    • Items not eligible for returns, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings, are also not eligible for refunds.

    • Step 2: Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
    • Step 3: Return the Item(s): Send the item(s) back to us following the instructions provided. Ensure you include the return authorization number and a copy of the invoice.
    • Step 4: Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
    • Step 5: Approval and Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been issued.
  3. Refund Methods:
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For online payments, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the purchase.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or through bank transfer, as per your preference.
  4. Deductions and Fees:
    • In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied, which will be communicated to you during the return process.
    • Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards, sale items, and final sale items are non-refundable.
    • Items returned without proper authorization or beyond the 7-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
